Bayo Olujobi serves as the Chief Financial Officer. A former Stanbic Bank executive, he joined Moniepoint in November 2024 from Stanbic IBTC Bank, where he served as the CFO of Stanbic IBTC Capital. He brings over twenty years of experience in the financial sector. Bayo’s strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving financial performance at Stanbic IBTC and Asset, and Resource Management Company (ARM). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Lagos State University and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK. His financial brilliance has been acknowledged as the recipient of the Financial Services CFO of the Year (West Africa) and Most Innovative Financial Services CFO (Africa) awards.

Babatunde Olofin is the Managing Director, appointed in October 2023. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Business Banking & Card Products. Babatunde Olofin boasts over 15 years of experience in banking.
Nelson Nelson-Atuonwu is the Director of Product. Appointed in December 2024, he joined the team from Grip, which he co‑founded in 2021. He spearheaded the launch of the instant card‑issuing product. Under his leadership, Grip’s team achieved major milestones by winning first runner‑up (N10 million prize) at Wema Bank’s Hackaholics 4.0 pitch competition. Nelson holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Salem University. He focused on leading product strategy and architecting systems that create seamless and connected financial experiences for users. His contribution shaped the core banking infrastructure at Interswitch and channeled global product initiatives at Nomba.

David Ijaola is a Product Manager. He co‑founded Sandbox in July 2022, a platform that bridges the gap between top‑tier product managers and talent seeking their next opportunity. Before joining Moniepoint in September 2024 as Product Manager, David served in the same role at Norbase, Fidia, and Nigenius between April 2023 and September 2024. He also served as Product Lead at Bonadocs. His expertise spans across economics and product development. David discovered the potential of technology to support both lifestyle and economic growth early in his career.
